Matthew Gagnon graduated Cum Laude from the University of Denver with a degree in International Business in 2007, where his favorite subject was finance. He started as an intern at Peak Capital in the spring of 2009, helping the Denver office implement new portfolio management software. Matthew's organizational skills proved to be an asset as the company continued to grow, and he became an integral member of the Denver team. His primary duties involve supporting Chief Investment Officer Tim Harder's management of the LPL Strategic Asset Management (SAM) program - client data management and economic research are a few of Matthew's daily duties. To satisfy his passion for finance, Matthew is participating in the Chartered Financial Analyst program, where he is currently a level one candidate. The CFA program is a rigorous course of study examining topics such as economics, fixed-income and equity investments. When he is not studying, he enjoys walking his dog Sasha, reading and playing the guitar. Matthew looks forward to helping Peak Capital assist clients in pursuing their financial goals in the years ahead. |
