Amy began her career at Peak Capital Investment Services, LLC as an administrative assistant. As the saying goes, “the cream rises to the top”, and Amy quickly proved her value to Peak becoming the best assistant the firm has ever had. In 2004, she was promoted to the position of Operations Manager and then in 2005 became the firm’s Office Manager as well. Amy has a deep commitment to customer service. Her goal is to get clients what they want when they want it, and she has implemented numerous procedures designed to improve the level of customer service Peak offers. Amy has been known to fight with LPL, mutual fund companies and even the IRS on occasion in order to get the needs of a particular client met. In the office, Amy is affectionately known as the queen of paperwork. Someone has to do it, and Amy has an attention to detail required by the position that, in Peak’s opinion, is unmatched in the industry. During her four years with Peak, she has virtually seen it all, and on the rare occasion when something new comes up, Amy knows where to go to get the answers. She has an outstanding relationship with the staff at LPL and with the various companies with whom Peak does business, so she is able to pull in resources to help solve a particular client problem. Amy loves her job at Peak. Amy said, “After being in the financial industry since 1993, it is wonderful to work with a company that has so many dedicated, honest, knowledgeable and professional financial advisors.” The feeling is mutual though. David Peterson, the President of Peak said, “Amy takes so much off my plate that I am able to focus on my relationships with my clients rather than getting caught up in the details of the day-to-day service requirements. Amy is a tremendous asset to our firm.” |
